Warranty - Products

Erongo Auto Electric warrants that all products will be covered for manufacturing faults. Our warranty does not, however, extend to rectifiers, regulators, globes, fuses or diodes.

All products supplied by us are supplied and provided on the condition that we cannot be held responsible in the event that they are used for any other purpose than that specified by the manufacturer. Our warranty, therefore, does not cover misuse, abuse, incorrect fitment and applications.
 
The customer or purchaser accepts that it is their responsibility to ensure that the product is used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
 
The commencement date of all warranties is the date of invoice to the purchaser unless otherwise agreed by Erongo in writing.

Warranty – Workmanship

Erongo Auto Electric warrants that all workmanship will be covered for a period of 6 months from date of service.
